about us

ILI (Yi-Li 一里) is a London-based architectural practice founded by a collective of architects and designers with international and multicultural backgrounds. Drawing on experience from award-winning studios, we approach each project with both creative clarity and cultural sensitivity.

Rooted in the concept of “Li” (里)—a unit measured by human footsteps—we see architecture as a journey: responsive, purposeful, and open to change. Each project begins with clear intent but evolves through dialogue with place and people. We believe small, thoughtful interventions can create meaningful impact. Whether in everyday spaces or unique environments, we design to elevate the experience of daily life.
